I. General Terms
• Prices are subject to change based on demand.
• I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
• Once the payment has been sent, you (the client) agree to the Terms and Conditions.

II. Process and Delivery
• The artist will submit a sketch before proceeding with the final commissioned piece
• Once the sketch has been approved, major changes to the design will not be allowed.
• The final commissioned piece will be accomplished within 2 weeks to 4 months, depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and other work.
• Once the piece is finished, I will send the JPEG and PNG version of the watermarked image through email. Note that there is no physical product.

III. Payment
• Currency accepted is either USD or Philippine Peso and can be paid through PayPal or BPI.
• The artist requires a 60% down payment before the sketch is sent, and 20% before giving the final commissioned piece.
• Don’t send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
 

IV. Revisions
• Only two (2) minor revisions to the commissioned piece will be allowed.
• Succeeding revisions will have an additional fee.

V. Copyright and Reproduction
I, StaleBrhed (the artist) reserve the right to:
• Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
• Cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
• Include the commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commission sheets, etc.
• Reproduce the artwork for merchandise such as prints, t-shirts, etc. This depends on the type of commission (fan art vs. portrait of a real person).
• Modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned piece.
• Claim the commissioned piece as my own work.

You (the commissioner/client):
• May upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels provided you link my (the artist’s) site/profile in the post.
• May NOT alter the commissioned artwork without the artist’s consent.
• May NOT claim the commissioned piece as your own work.
• May NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes without an agreement or contract.
 

VI. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
• If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
• If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
 

The commissioned piece is for PERSONAL USE only. Reproduction of this artwork without proper permission or any evidence that the artwork was used for Commercial purposes will be in violation of Republic Act No. 8293 or the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines. The artist retains all rights to the artwork(s).
